About the Study

This study looks at how Chatbots can help people form new healthy habits.

Example 3 Example 4

The study lasts for 1 month, with 3 weeks of chatbot interaction followed by 1 week without interaction, finishing with a habit formation survey.

The study is conducted by the University of Bristol and has been approved by the University of Bristol ethics committee (reference id: 54701).
